Rose-Colored Staging highly values our relationships with area real estate agents!  Our Realtor Partnership Program is designed to benefit everyone involved in selling a home:  the Realtor, the Stager, and most of all, the Home Seller! 

Our Promises to You, the Realtor:

• We will help you maintain the relationship between you and your seller.  Sometimes when listing a property there are issues with the property that are difficult to address.  Rose-Colored Staging is trained to deal with those issues and we can work with your sellers to address them.
• We will do everything we can to create “move-in ready” homes.  According to the National Association of Realtors, more buyers are looking for homes that are in move-in condition.  Home Staging creates homes that may not be perfect but are workable and are move-in ready, widening the pool of potential buyers for your listings. 
• Your listings will spend less time on the market.  We all know that the longer a home is on the market, the less it typically sells for.  But if your listings are showing in top condition and are priced well from the beginning, they will not be on the market for long!  Your results will be less time and money spent on marketing your listings and your sellers will be happy with quick sales– it’s a win-win!
• We will do all we can to support you!  As a Realtor myself, I understand the real estate business from the agent’s view.

  Because of that I will:

• Never discuss the price of the home with your seller, other than to encourage your seller to go with your recommendation.  I always advise clients that staging alone will not sell a house–  their home must also be priced accurately to get it sold.
• Never enter into real estate discussions with your clients outside of home staging.  I follow the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and am committed to not interfering in the agent/client relationship.  My referrals often come from other agents so my relationships with other agents are key to growing my staging business.

• When you include a Consultation with Rose-Colored Staging as part of your marketing program, we will discount the cost to you!  If your client hires us for a full staging, we will refund the cost of the Consultation to you! 
• For every 5 referrals that result in a paid Consultation, you will receive 1 FREE Consultation!  Use it for your clients, for a friend, or for yourself!
• Rose-Colored Staging will promote the listings we stage on our website with your contact information. 
• When we do a full staging, we always provide the listing agent with great looking photographs for your marketing.
