Home Staging & Redesign for the Sale of Your Home
Our professional Home Staging & Redesign Services are custom tailored to fit each individual home and budget. Once you’ve made the decision to stage your home, we will meet with you prior to the staging day for a “Staging Preparation.” We will create a detailed action plan of work to be done and will email it to you and your real estate agent. We will also include a color consultation if assistance is needed in choosing paint colors that will best accent your home.
On the Staging Day, we will work from the action plan to make dramatic transformations to your home. We will bring in any accessories needed to complete the look of each room and will take great photos for you and your listing agent’s marketing efforts.
Open House Day Fine Tuning
Your home is beautifully staged and the big day is here! We will be there 2 hours prior to go through your home, ensuring that everything is in tip-top shape and that the buyers’ first impressions will be positive ones! We’ll also bring fresh flowers and yummy snacks to welcome your guests.
Vacant Home Staging
Working within your budget, we will create a plan to stage your house so that it feels like a lovely, welcoming home. We will manage furniture rental, bring in accessories needed to complete the look, and provide wonderful photos for your marketing.
