In May 2007, I decided to place my home on the market.  As a Realtor who had worked with many buyers, I was able to look at my house through “buyers’ eyes.”  I knew what buyers would be looking for and I knew that my house had to look and feel like home to them. 

It was my first try at staging, but the response from buyers and fellow Realtors as they toured my home was tremendous!  My home sold after just 11 days of showings and for 6% higher than the current market.  Friends soon asked me to stage their home– and again, there was great success. 

Rose-Colored Staging was born! 

With my knowledge of the real estate market, extensive training in home staging, and a gift for creative redesign, I work with fellow Realtors and homeowners to sell homes faster and for more money.  As a Realtor with Weichert Realtors, an HSR Certified Home Staging Professional, and a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA), I have continued support and training to stay on top of this ever-changing and highly competitive market.
