In May 2007, I decided to place my home on the market. As a Realtor who had worked with many buyers, I knew my house had to look and feel like home to potential buyers and I staged it accordingly. I was not prepared for the tremendous response from buyers and fellow Realtors as they toured my home! My home sold within a week and for 6% higher than the current market. Friends soon asked me to stage their home– and again, there was great success. Rose-Colored Staging was born!
I have always had a love for art, design, and color and have often found myself coming to the rescue when friends have “decorating dilemmas.” For me, the best part of staging is creative redesign done inexpensively; simple solutions that transform spaces.
With my knowledge of the real estate market, along with a gift for creative redesign, I aim to work with fellow Realtors and homeowners to sell homes faster and for more money. As a Realtor with Weichert Realtors, an HSR Certified Home Staging Professional, and a member of the American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners, I have continued support and training to stay on top of this ever-changing and highly competitive market.
